Hi Avforums,
I've tried to hack my Panasonic DMP-BD60 using the hex code method with my Harmony 300 remote (found here: http://www.avforums.com/forums/blu-r...hex-codes.html) to get it to play multiregion DVDs.
However, I doesn't seem to have worked-- the player reboots as it's supposed to once the code is put in, but when I put in a region 2 DVD, the player gives a 'cannot play' error on the screen.
Are there any other reliable methods for use with this model and a Harmony 300?
I've found this method (three replies down):
http://www.avforums.com/forums/blu-r...-part-2-a.html
But I'm not sure whether that one will work when the other did not-- and I'm somewhat loath to send this request to Logitech without some assurance that this will do the trick (since Harmony remotes are awfully problematic to program manually).
Thoughts?
